Terrible!
Terrible! Made a tranfer that wasn’t accepted for technical issues and they did send it back 2 days later but couldn’t deposit it. It’s been 2 months I’ve been emailing them since you can’t call anyone and now my emails are not even considered. Careful!

Terrible!
Terrible! Tried to withdraw and I was asked for two forms of ID. None of these were accepted so then it was agreed I could send my partners ID as I don’t have anything else. My partners ID has finally been accepted but they are now saying they will still need ID from me?! What was the point agreeing to accept my partners ID to in the end put me back to the start. I’d maybe see the point if it’s a big withdrawal but it’s £20 and it has been 2 months since I first tried to withdraw this.

I definitely don't recommend

Twice tonight I have won approximately hundred pounds the first Bet was not honoured until 1 1/2 hours later..Now four hours later I’m waiting for the second one and all customer service says all the bets Are taken by a completely different company and even they are not allowed to contact them absolutely pathetic and to be honest fraudulent I’m totally disgusted
