1. Submit – a visitor completes the review form with a rating, title and description.
2. Protect – spam checks, rate limiting and duplicate detection run automatically.
3. Moderate – our team reads each review and approves or rejects it.
4. Publish – approved reviews appear on the business page and update its average rating and distribution.
