Who can review
Anyone may submit a review of their own genuine experience. We ask for an email address to prevent duplicates; it is never published.
Moderation
Every review is held for moderation and is never published automatically. We reject reviews that are spam, abusive, contain personal data, are unrelated to the business, appear fabricated, or are submitted by the business itself or in exchange for payment without disclosure.
Ratings
A business rating is the average of approved player reviews. Editorial notes and verified business information are shown separately and are not counted.
Disclosures
If a review was incentivised or the reviewer has a business relationship, it is labelled as such.

Use the Report link beside any review, or contact us, if you believe a review breaks these rules.
