I raised a query initially back in November. It’s now January and despite many many e-mails chasing an outcome, I finally received a response from a so called manager who lacked empathy and understanding to my situation. Although this casino may seem professional by the looks of the site and the choice of games, the people that work there are rude, inconsiderate and not helpful at all. I’m still unhappy with the outcome of their decision, but this casino is all about taking your money and nothing else. I would strongly advise anyone considering registering with this casino or any other casino affiliated with 888 casino to strongly avoid playing on their sites. There are plenty of other casinos out there who are keen to provide a great customer service and this isn’t one of them. Wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Please avoid playing with one of 888 casinos. It’s not worth the hassle.
