Treat new customers really bad, don’t give any solutions. joined site cos wife had enjoyed it. However showed her how they had dealt with my self joining up and not offered any solution or guidance for a new customer. withdrew my account and wife who played regular for few years has ended her account. we will play else where and not be recommended this site to anyone.
